Le soudage de rechargement des coins de l'écartement de cet acier pour rails est manifestement possible avec les mêmes paramètres de soudage que pour la nuance R200.
By the heat treatment, this rail steel experiences a significant improvement in wear resistance and is thus ideally suitable for the use in curves of operators, who prefer easiest gauge corner repair welding.
The special material concept allows easiest gauge corner repair welding with parameters of grade R200. The increased wear resistance prolongs the first repair welding cycle and leads to a longer overall rail service life in curves.
