- 1997: Railpro B.V. sold to three shareholders: Strukton 50%, Volker Stevin 30%, BAM-NBM 20%
- 2002: Change in shareholders: voestalpine Bahnsysteme GmbH 70%, Strukton, KVWS and BAM each 10%
