voestalpine Polynorm produces for instance exterior and interior components for the passenger car and truck industry, toner cartridges and kegs for the beertender. This is done with 55 injection moulding machines ranging from 35 upto 3.000 Ton clamping force. State of the art technologies like gas-injection, 2K injection moulding and inmould labelling are available. These processes can produce products upto 12 kg. weigth and a surface of approximately 1,5 m2. Various kinds of welding processes are available in the assembly department. A high quality level is assured via the intensive use of robots and CIM systems. For the complex logistical processes we use systems like DMS, RFDC, EDI and EDIFACT inhouse.
