Polynorm Grau has modern, high-capacity CNC-controlled machines for machining and part production. The core of our mechanical manufacturing facility is our fully automated, high-speed machining center with pallet-controlled die operation which converts the CAD-data modell online into 3 D-free form surfaces. Final control is carried out by an integrated CNC-measuring machine on the end of the process chain.Subsequently, dies are being pre-assembled. Programming takes place via TEBIS work stations.

This self-dependent team modifies dies with high professionalism and experience, and focused on production. Our business activity covers:
