With the input from process planning, engineering planning defines the parameters for die design according to quality requirements.
In close collaboration with process planning during the whole design stage, the allowed process resp. necessary modifications and backflow of information is thoroughly documented. Carrying out FMEA’s insures solutions which meet our customer’s demands. Experience of other projects enter our proposals for troubleshooting. We use Vamos workstation for Engineering, active surfaces resp. CNC-preparation CATIA and ICEM-Surf.
