At our location in Putte voestalpine Plastics Solutions uses injection moulding for the production of plastic products. voestalpine Plastics Solutions has about 50 injection moulding machines with clamping forces from 35 tonnes to 2700 tonnes. Modern technologies, like gas injection techniques (GIT), two-component injection moulding and in-mould labelling are widely used. Different assembling techniques like ultrasonic, vibration and mirror welding and screen, hot and tampon printing are possible. If needed, functionality of products and assemblies can be tested.

By using robots and Computer-Integrated Manufacturing (CIM) a high quality-level is assured.
All thermoplastics except PVC can be processed at voestalpine Plastics Solutions. Examples are Polypropylene (PP), Polyethylene (PE), ABS, ASA, PPO, Polycarbonate (PC), Polyacetal (POM), Nylon (PA) and Polyesters (PBT).
