One of our core competences lie in the complete development and production of prototype dies and prototype parts. This is done in close contact with our customers, in a secured area of our factory to assure the customers privacy.

Our business activities cover: 

• Processing of wrap development for prototypes and serial production. 
• Production of dies in GG, Zamak and plastic up to 40 tons. 
• Die tryout and part production in hydraulic presses. 
• Assembly welding units. 
• Small batch production of single parts and assembly units. 
• Concept planning and production of all manufacturing means. 
• Manual finish-machining carried out by skilled and experienced workers. 
• Planned in the future: complete body-in-white modules.

Additionally, the whole infrastructure of the Centre of Competence Die Shop is at the prototype’s disposal.
