Our company currently employs several hundred employees. As we are in a phase of steady growth and are going to enlarge and expand our competences, we are constantly searching for new employees who wish to work in an effecient and team-oriented organisation.

The automotive industry is a very interesting branch which moves in the forefront of technical possibilities and solutions, which ensures a dynamic working area for out employees.

Training and development
As the automotive industry requires highly qualified and specialized staff, we are dedicated to supplying a solid training programme. After recieving training in the tool shop, the engineering department or in the area of sales and marketing there are good opportunities for moving even further in order to match the carreer wishes of the individual.

We annually train students in close collaboration with the Heidenheim University of co-operative education to give our employees the opportunity to become graduate engineers in the areas of engine construction and engineering. The advantage of working and learning offers opportunities to also move upwards in the organisation matching the carreer goals of our employees.
