voestalpine Nortrak Birmingham and Pueblo Plants achieve 365 safe days

2 November 2015 |

voestalpine Nortrak employees of the Birmingham, Alabama and Pueblo, Colorado plants have achieved one year without a reportable injury.

For the Pueblo plant, it marks the first time it has accomplished the goal and the five year trend to reduce injuries is one of the best improvements in safety across the company.

Birmingham has accomplished the goal four times in the past five years and continues to be one of the benchmarks for safety in Nortrak. The company has now celebrated three plants, in 2015, that have achieved one year injury free.

As a group, the company’s employees have demonstrated a trend of continuous improvement in safety performance.
