Interim CEO appointed

VAE Nortrak North America Inc. announces that Mr. Sylvain Garneau resigned as CEO of the Company effective December 31st, 2009.    Mr. Eddie Peinhopf has been appointed by the Board of Directors as Interim CEO. Eddie Peinhopf has been with VAE Nortrak as CFO since 1996.
