The following materials were supplied by voestalpine Klöckner Bahntechnik GmbH to date:

- 89.88 km S54 rail sections
- roughly 120.000 concrete B70 sleepers

- 5 UIC60 turnouts
- 45 60E2 turnouts
- 75 S54 turnouts
- 2 S49 turnouts
- 4 crossings
After clarifying the technical design, particularly for the turnouts, the manufacturing and delivery logistics operations went into full swing. This means that in the main phase from January to December 2004 an average of one turnout per week was delivered. Solely developed for the purpose of an easy, robust and economically intelligent method of unloading, the Railputler®system offers an optimised service for just-in-time deliveries of ultralong rails directly at the site of installation for our customer ARGE Gleisbau ABS Röhrmoos - Obermenzing.
