The highest objective of our employees at the helpdesk in first-level support is to remedy problems encountered in IT systems as quickly as possible and to restore full functionality. It is their highest priority to minimise any negative effects on the business processes of our customers. We strive for the highest goal: Avoid interruptions and downtimes at all costs.

 

We offer our customers helpdesk support around the clock at the first level. We also monitor server systems and applications and keep continuous statistics about the performance of helpdesk support.
