Quality is a decisive factor that increases customer satisfaction. Successful customer relationships are based on quality, efficiency and reliability. This is why so much emphasis is placed on maintaining and continually improving the quality management system.

 

We comply with these requirements in reviews and internal audits, support in process modelling, regulation of processes, process monitoring and by indicating measures for improvement. We implement QM systems for our customers. One of these systems is called the metallurgical quality data system. This system continuously saves and evaluates quality-relevant data. Demonstration requirements, assessments and analyses are significantly simplified by this system
