Every three years, we conduct an employee survey and examine the working environment at voestalpine. A high level of loyalty, great identification and pride in working for this company is both confirmation and motivation for us to continue and further develop the successful path with numerous initiatives. The obligatory annual employee review, in which employees exchange views with their direct managers on an equal footing, is an important element in promoting enjoyment of work and identification with our products. Another key to success are the training and development measures resulting from the employee appraisals: In fiscal 2016/17 alone, we invested more than 50 million euros in training and development for our employees.
