The voestalpine Stamptec GmbH

In 1963 Horst Gutbrod established the HORST GUTBROD company in Dettingen/Erms, Baden-Württemberg. In 2001 a second plant startet with serial production in Schmölln, Thuringia. 

voestalpine Stamptec GmbH is developing and manufacturing metal parts (punching, forming) and modules (assembled units, safety and collision absorbing components) for the automotive industry.

It has to be mentioned, that voestalpine Stamptec GmbH owns a top-modern and fully equipped toolmaking section. voestalpine Gutbrod is aware, that this fact is a major advantage in competition to be up to date in toolmaking at any time.

In 2007 the listed voestalpine Inc., Austria, a leading metal-working company, took over the leadership of the voestalpine Stamptec GmbH within the scope of its automotive strategy. The previous names where adapted to voestalpine Stamptec GmbH respectively voestalpine Stamptec Schmoelln GmbH to demonstrate the take-over. The success of any Gutbrod customer and businness partner will be ensured furthermore.

Today, the voestalpine Stamptec GmbH is a leading automotive partner with more than 2000 highly skilled employees and able to enduringly attend the growth of customers and business partners along with a strong voestalpine downstream backup.
