We want the best people as our employees – and the most reliable way to obtain top people is by top level training, which we allow them to have at many group locations using our own training centres.
We also set great store by social environment, as well as by specialist training. Among other things we offer outdoor training for safety and team work, workshops covering health at the work place, excursions, and language courses.

People who ‘graduate’ from our training programmes are quite simply capable of doing more – they are sought-after and “one step ahead” people.
