With this leveling machine we set new flatness standards of thick thermomechanically rolled and accelerated cooled plates for offshore applications and of high-strength plates for cranes and vehicles (minimum yield strength of 700 MPa).

After an extremly short start-up phase the levelling results confirm a significant improvement in flatness of thick and high-strength TMCP-plates and show the huge potential of this successful investment.
