Pattern, made of wood

We are not only able to produce patterns swiftly but also able to modify existing patterns to meet the customer’s needs. At the same time we have qualified suppliers who can deliver high quality patterns.

Simulation of solidification

High tech computer programs are used to simulate the solidification process.

Flaskless molding line

Self set is not only used in the hand-molding shop but in the flaskless molding line as well. The size of the flask in hand-molding does not exceed 4,000 x 4,000 x 3,000 millimetre, while the maximum size for machine-molding is 1,750 x 1,250 x 1,200 millimetre.

Transfer to the AOD-Converter

Our melting shop is equipped with two induction furnaces 1.5 tons and 4 tons capacity. There are also two 8 tons electric arc furnaces. A 10 tons AOD converter is used in the production of high quality steel.

Heat treatment of castings

Nine fully automated, gas-fired furnaces are in operation for heat treatment. Air, water and polymer quenching as well as slow furnace cooling are available.

Finish-machined casting

Precise machining is done using four CNC machines. The required CNC programmes are developed on our Unigraphics system. Equipment for pre-adjustment of tools as well as for dimensional control and for roughness is available.

Assembles is done on customers demand according specification.
