Our main aim is to supply castings that meet the quality standards which have been agreed with the customer. Our customers’ quality requirements of are constantly increasing. We see this as an opportunity and are happy to rise to the challenge. Our development is ongoing as a result. Our management system certified to ISO 9001 and ISO 14001 has created the ideal conditions for this development.
The effectiveness of our quality management system is monitored by means of regular in-house audits, customer audits and certification procedures. We use the conclusions of these audits to improve our processes.
Regular evaluation of our quality performance indicators is also an important checking tool.
Our suppliers are incorporated as partners and we also check them regularly.
Our products are tested in accordance with international codes and standards. However, we proceed on the basis of preventing errors in order to keep the time and expense of testing and reworking as low as possible.
