Our integrated management system covers the areas Q (quality), S (safety) and E (environment). The effectiveness of this QSE management system is monitored on the basis of monthly meetings to discuss key performance indicators. Our co-equal aims - optimisation of quality, safety and environment – open up the potential for process optimisation and cost reduction.
