Our feedstock repository guarantees continuous production throughout a satisfactory period of time.

To cast sleeves and plates of up to 25 kg- up to 15 kg with aluminium parts- we use casting machines with an automatic cooling system and a tilting control system. Special sized products of up to 100 kg are produced with permanent- mould casting.

Sleeves with a diameter of up to 11.811 inches, a length of 3.28083 feet and a weight of up to 220 kg per piece, are produced on centrifugal casting machines.

With additional components like sawing machines, grinding machines and milling machines we satisfy special requests our costumers have, i.e. cuts, assembly drilling and milling work.

To achieve the high standard of quality essential to us, gapless quality inspections are required. Our employees examine every product with exceptional care regarding its specific requirement of quality and construction.

With approximately 7000 storing positions in our finished stores, we guarantee short delivery times to our customers.
