Since May 9th, 2004 Kocel Steel Foundry Co.,Ltd is a common Joint Venture in China of Changcheng Suzaki Machine & Foundry Co. Ltd (CSMF), China und voestalpine Giesserei Linz GmbH.
On Mai 4th, 2008 voestalpine Giesserei Linz Linz GmbH concluded another Joint Venture with Jiaxing NYC Industrial Co., Ltd.
