Studying with voestalpine

voestalpine is constantly on the look-out for employees qualified in all sorts of ways, who are able to support it in attaining its objectives. We endeavour to make contact with school-leavers and students in good time. These contacts take place on the one hand by working with and supporting various student organisations (such as AIESEC, IAESTE), through graduate organisations, but also through teaching bodies.

Factory tours are organised to enable school-leavers and students to become acquainted with particular business operations and to discuss general questions with employees and senior managers.

voestalpine also offers work experience opportunities so that school-leavers and students can obtain some impression of the world of work. Diploma subjects and dissertations are awarded regularly.

voestalpine sponsors opportunities for international programmes of study, some of which arch over to other continents – as in the case, at present, involving CAT (Canada – Austria – Taiwan).
Over and above that voestalpine also offers diverse internships for students at Emory University and at Prague’s Business University.
