colofer® ROBUST—More than just high resistance to scratching
This product is extremely resistant to scratching thanks to its special surface. In addition, colofer® robust is characterized by a high level of UV resistance (RUV 4) and we offer guarantees up to an altitude of 2100 m.

With colofer® ROBUST, you benefit from the vast experience that goes into the substrate as well as state-of-the-art coating lines. colofer® robust was specially developed for the extensive stress of outdoor applications. The specially designed, extremely resistant coating optimally protects the surface against mechanical damage. In contrast to other materials, colofer® ROBUST also meets the highest requirements for UV resistance (RUV 4).
A zinc-magnesium coating of 120 g/ m2 or a zinc coating of 275 g/ m2 ensures long-lasting corrosion protection, even in the area of cut edges.
Optimized steel grades
In addition to our wide range of conventional grades, we offer the following two steels in colofer® robust that were specially developed for sheet workers: robust sgs 120 (soft) and robust sgh 240 (hard).

Steel is a strong material that is able to withstand heavy wind and snow loads, guarantees high resistance to failure and is characterized by excellent workability. In addition, its thermalexpansion is very low.
