Thirty-five years ago, our predecessor was a department of the non-ferrous metal foundry in Linz. What has happened since then? We have evolved into a significant and renowned supplier of maintenance-free sliding elements and cam units. Now we are taking it a step further: We are working on continually optimizing our products, have expanded our existing portfolio and engage in long-term partnerships with our customers. This is not a reason, however, to rest on our laurels. Our success is what drives us to higher levels.
Why do we want to be our own company? In our newly founded company, we have expanded into completely autonomous organization. The new organization has made it possible to create all the conditions we need to be closer to our customers and meet their ever growing demands.
What are the future objectives of voestalpine Camtec?Our highest priority is customer satisfaction. As far as our further development is concerned, we are looking to move in two major directions: One is geographic expansion, where we wish to assist our existing customers in their globalization strategies and where we hope to gain new customers in new world markets. Our second objective is to expand the cam unit product portfolio and to increase the scope of our services, including more efficient spare parts management and preprocessing activities.
