Trains shall enter the turnout smoothly. Therefore, BWG improved the geometry of the set of switches by Kinematic Gauge Optimization - KGO®. In doing so, BWG enabled high branch speeds at equal traveling comfort in the first place.

Our Trademark are the special spacious assembly surfaces in our plant in Gotha. Here, large projects, such as a complete quadrangle with double tracks, can be laid out. Seeing that the completion dates keep getting shorter this is of high advantage.

Particular constructional details must be observed in the area of turnouts and crossings. For the planning stage BWG offers the so-called Tracking Guidance Analyses based on which the turnouts are manufactured and installed.
