The internal management development program, the so-called value:program, focuses on learning to apply relevant management and leadership tools, as well as on international networking and gaining intercultural experience.
This development program designed in-house by voestalpine is based on a combination of theory and direct, Group-related application. Within the scope of the program, the participants use case studies from their own companies and develop new approaches to solve problems. The abbreviation “value” is simultaneously the basic principle: voestalpine leveraging unique expertise.
Strengthening know-how in the voestalpine Group
International trainers, internal speakers, and voestalpine experts all supervise a variety of workshops and discussions. The value:program is arranged in six different stages, each according to the participant’s own management level. More than 800 participants from 36 countries have passed through this global program since 2010.
